Nick is our microplastics expert and an MSc by research student at the University of Exeter. He is currently researching the links between microplastic particles in the marine environment and marine invertebrates. In June 2017, he co-led a research expedition with Sail Britain investigating the distribution of microplastics in Cornwall’s rivers. He is also interested in concepts of native habitat regeneration, sustainability, film photography, and hiking.
